Streaming is an integrated part of todays gaming structure. Dignity of War allows you to stream. But let it be know, that you do so.
We have general rules for streaming in this whole community.
These rules can be found [insert link here](link to the wiki page?)
Additional to these rules, the Albion EU community has additional rules for streaming and recording.
If you do solo content it never is a problem, you can live in real time as much as you like. But once you want to stream group content, the following steps must be done:
Streamsniping is a thing and our veteran players have been a target in the past. Therefor we insist on at least 10 minutes delay on your live stream if you want to do it.
It does not matter what content you do or if you are live or just recording for later upload. You must let people know that you are doing it as long as you are in here.
The best way to do so is by creating a channel with the Join to create channels guide and have "live" or "streaming" at the start of the name.
This way joiners can decide if they want to join or not.
If you start mid session you must ask for consent of all players present.
Some people don't want their voice being broadcasted to the world.
Only if all users in the call give their consent, then you can stream live with a delay.
Sometimes it can be useful to record your engagements to learn from them. There are two ways to do it.
If you do this it will be for the guild internal use only. You are not allowed to use it in any form outside of a review of our actions and maneuvers.
This is especial important for group PvP and ZvZ fights.
If you record the battles / run a clipping program, you have to announce it before the event starts.
For this you still need to do the following steps:
It does not matter what content you do, you have to show that you are recording your game session.
The best way to do so is by creating a channel with the [Join to create channel](insert page here) and have "rec" or "recording" at the start of the name.
This way joiners can decide if they want to join or not.
If you start mid session you must ask for consent of all players present.
Some people don't want their voice being recorded to the world.
Only if all users in the call give their consent, you may record the session.
In return for us providing you content to record or stream, we ask you to mention our huge community and maybe share our invite link in case people want to join in on the fun we have.

The Dignity of War community offers a special service called a streaming alert.
Everyone who want to be alerted, will be once you upload a video or start streaming.
Please reach out to community staff so we can set up the alert for you.
As sad as it is, some people do not follow the rules mentioned in here. If you don't follow and broadcast without consent the following things will happen:
You will be warned one time and one time only.
If you continue to break the rules, you will be removed from the guild and the discord.
